How It Works
Our three-step process is designed to be effortless for you and meticulous on our end.
Step 01 — Ship
We'll email you a prepaid, insured shipping label. Pack your device securely, drop it at any UPS or FedEx location, and we'll handle the rest. No out-of-pocket shipping cost.
Step 02 — Restore
Our engineers perform a full component-level diagnosis using oscilloscopes, hot-air rework stations, and precision micro-soldering tools. You receive a detailed quote before any work begins.
Step 03 — Return
Every repaired device is stress-tested for a minimum of 24 hours before packaging. We use anti-static, padded packaging and ship via insured courier with full tracking.

Founder / Technician
I got my start in electronics repair in senior year of high school. I started helping out at the Chromebook repair shop in our school, because I always liked technology. That turned into a hobby, and the hobby turned into a skill I couldn't put down. Right now I'm studying at Genesee Community College for Cybersecurity.
Along the way I've also worked in IT, fixing and supporting computers day to day. I built this business around the idea that repair should be honest and transparent — you'll always know what's wrong, what it costs, and why, before I touch a single component. Your device gets the same care I'd want for my own.
Common Questions
Everything you need to know before sending in your device.
We recommend wrapping your device in at least 2 inches of bubble wrap on all sides and placing it inside a sturdy cardboard box. Do not use newspaper or packing peanuts as sole protection. For consoles and laptops, use the original packaging if available. We'll include detailed packing instructions in your confirmation email, and you can contact our team anytime for advice.
Your data privacy is paramount. Our engineers only access the hardware-level components needed for the repair — we never browse personal files, accounts, or storage unnecessarily. All staff sign NDAs. For liquid damage or logic board repairs on laptops, we recommend backing up your data beforehand as a general precaution, but we take every measure to preserve your storage.
Most repairs are completed within 3–5 business days after we receive your device. Complex component-level repairs (BGA chip replacement, liquid damage recovery) may take 5–7 business days. You will receive real-time email updates at every stage: received, diagnosed, repaired, and shipped.
If our engineers determine your device cannot be repaired, or if you decline the repair quote after our diagnosis, you will not be charged for labor. We will ship your device back to you at no cost. The only exception is if you've already approved paid replacement parts — consumables already sourced cannot be refunded.
Always. We never begin any repair work without your written approval. After our free diagnosis, you will receive a detailed quote via email outlining the issue, the recommended repair, parts cost, and labor. You can approve, decline, or ask questions before we touch a single component.
Our warranty covers the specific component or repair we performed. If the same fault recurs within 12 months of the repair date due to our workmanship or a defective part we installed, we will re-repair or replace it at zero cost. The warranty does not cover new physical damage, liquid damage, or unrelated faults that develop after the repair.
Currently, our prepaid label program covers all 50 US states and US territories. International customers are welcome to ship to us using a carrier of their choice — we provide return shipping quotes for international addresses. Contact us before shipping so we can coordinate.
